Run your shift from the first checkpoint to the final report.
Zentronix is the on-the-ground app for security officers, cleaners, technicians and event crews. Accept shifts, clock in with GPS, scan checkpoints, log incidents, and raise a panic alert — even when the signal drops.
One app for everyone working a site
If your working day happens across gates, floors, routes and venues rather than at a desk, Zentronix is built for you.
What you can do on shift
Everything you need for the working day, and nothing that gets in the way of it.
Your shifts, in one place
See upcoming jobs with site, hours and requirements. Accept or decline with one tap and get a reminder before you are due.
GPS start and end of duty
Start duty when you reach the site. Your clock-in and clock-out are GPS-stamped, so your hours are recorded accurately with no paper timesheet.
Scan QR and NFC points
Prove you covered the route by scanning tags placed around the site. Patrol tours track every point with a timestamp.
Log incidents with photos
Record incidents, complete checklists and sign in visitors. Attach photos straight from the camera so the record is complete.
Panic button
Hold the panic button to send an emergency alert with your location to your supervisors and control room.
Works without signal
Your active shift details are stored on the device, so you can keep working through dead spots and poor coverage.
How a shift works
Five stages, from the schedule landing on your phone to the report reaching the client.
Assigned
A shift is published to you. You get a push notification with the site and time.
Accepted
You accept from the app. The schedule syncs to your device for offline access.
On duty
You start duty at the site. Location tracking and geofence monitoring run for the session.
Working
You scan checkpoints, complete tours and checklists, and log anything that happens.
Ended
You end duty. A shift report with hours, activity and GPS trail is generated automatically.
What the app accesses, and why
Zentronix only asks for what it needs to do the job. Every permission is used for a feature you can see.
- Location
- Precise location, including in the background, only while you are on active duty — to verify clock-in and clock-out, record where checkpoints are scanned, monitor site geofences and attach a GPS trail to your shift report. Tracking stops when you end duty.
- Camera & photos
- To capture or attach photos for incident reports, checklists and visitor logs, and to scan QR checkpoint codes.
- Notifications
- To deliver shift assignments, acceptance reminders, missed-shift warnings and safety alerts.
- Device information
- Device model, OS and app version for support and diagnostics, and battery level so your supervisor is alerted if your device is about to die on shift.
